System Update: Carolina Trust periodically makes updates to our system. When possible, we will communicate the time of these updates and services we anticipate being impacted. Digital and Phone Banking will be down temporarily on Sunday, February 23rd from approximately 2:00am until 6:00am EST. During this maintenance window, accountholders may be unable to authorize more than $505 in debit/ATM card purchases or ATM withdrawals, or 6 total transactions per 24 hours period, whichever comes first. We regret any inconvenience this temporary service interruption may cause.
Digital Banking Access: Carolina Trust members may be asked occasionally to reset their digital banking password. As a reminder, Carolina Trust representatives will not request your account information through text or over the phone. Contact the CU immediately to report the incident.
