Carolina Trust periodically makes updates to our system. When possible, we will communicate the time of these updates and services we anticipate being impacted. On Sunday, November 17th, Digital and Phone Banking will be down temporarily from approximately 2:00am until 6:00am EST. During this maintenance window, accountholders will be unable to authorize more than $505 in debit/ATM card purchases or ATM withdrawals, or 6 total transactions per 24 hours period, whichever comes first. We regret any inconvenience this temporary service interruption may cause.

Carolina Trust has been made aware of fraudulent calls being received by our members from our toll free number. This number is only for our member to contact us, our members will never receive a call FROM our 888-448-2133 phone number. If you receive a call or text requesting your online banking username and password or any personal information, please do not respond. Never share the text security code, as the text message states, we will NEVER ask for the code. Contact the CU immediately to report the incident.
