Pay by Phone

Do you have a Carolina Trust loan? Your Credit Union offers many convenient payment options, one of which is Pay by Phone. Loan payment due dates can sneak up on anyone. Avoid a late payment fee. We’ll accept another financial institution’s check over the phone as payment.

You’ll need to have a blank check from your financial institution handy when making a Pay by Phone payment. The processing fee is $8, considerably lower than what most institutions charge.

If paying the loan amount from your Carolina Trust account, please use the free online banking or free phone banking option.
